This page is the parent for pages containing the section 1.4 statements for all SWEs in the SWEHBVD.
Release
During development, an "Include-Page" macro is added at the end of the tab 1 for each SWE in SWEHBVD. The include page pulls in the correct subhead number and Activity link for the SWE page.

These When these pages are under the "Protected Admin Area" they will not be seen in the SWE pages by Anonymous users. users because the "Excerpt" macro is set to "hidden.
When these are released, move this whole page with children under the Admin page of SWEHBVD. it will be necessary to reset the "Excerpt" macro in these 16 pages to remove the "hidden" switch.
