Description |
Provides a template for both development and acquisition projects for specifying the measures that should be collected over the project life cycle. For each measurement area (e.g., Software Quality), the template provides suggestions for the measurement objectives, the measurements that should be collected, the collection frequency, and the analysis that should be performed.
