This page is the parent for pages containing the section 1.4 statements for all SWEs in the SWEHBVD. This new section ties the SWE to the appropriate Activity page where it is a member. 

During development, an "Include-Page" macro is added at the end of the tab 1 for each SWE in SWEHBVD. The include page pulls in the correct subhead number and Activity link for the SWE page.

These pages are under the "Admin Area" they will not be seen in the SWE pages by users because the "Excerpt" macro is set to "hidden.

When these are released, it will be necessary to reset the "Excerpt" macro in these 16 pages to turn off the "hidden" switch.
