Review section 3.2 on Objective Evidence. Should there be a definition of “Objective Evidence” in this section that is the same as the “Objective Evidence” definition that is used in all of the tab 7s in SWEs? Maybe it just didn’t get picked up when we moved the definition into it’s own page.

SWE-129 - OCE NPR Appraisals

In tab 3.1 there is the statement "What follows in this guidance is a brief summary of the software engineering survey team's appraisal process." There is no additional guidance about an "appraisal process" in the SWE. Is this a reference to some unfinished business in this SWE, another SWE or Topic?
